We at Star Theatre design and make our own community plays, films and fashion/ dance events. Check out some of our shows in our gallery pages and our upcoming events at our film and theatre space at 'Muse Gallery', coming soon to Botanic, Belfast. (Our Muse Gallery work can also be viewed on the facebook pages).

This is a great space to enjoy a film and live theatre being produced. The public can walk in and see a play being made in progress . Our Muse Gallery is a Live theatre gallery as well as home to many local artists and photographers collective works. You can come along and attend our art, craft, film making, drama, writing, soft toy making and upholstery workshops for young people and adults alike. We're now taking class numbers for the autumn season. The Gallery opens in Belfast in 2019.

We also have a hot desk for those wishing to base their drama activities here. Bluebell Productions have already availed of these services in the past when we were at our previous location at Stranmillis a few years ago. Recently we helped set up Emerald Isle Larp group in Northern Ireland and we did their first training day in Carrickfergus Castle. Star Theatre also sponsor other Visual and Costume artists. CASTING CALL : We're still now looking for Actors/ Actresses to complete this true story of one woman's struggle for Independence as an Unknown Artist to found one of the UK's most prolific art groups of our current times.

Set in Northern Ireland., this new-writing original piece was first shot in Ballymoney in November 2012 and starts again next month to complete in Feb. 2020

Portrait Season at Muse Gallery

Come and get your portrait painting at a live -sitting (venues in Belfast announced on facebook) inside 30 minutes in Graphite pencil. For a colour one, its 45 mins to 60 mins. Pencil drawing : £20 ; Colour :£40

Our Community Art, and Dance classes cost £50 per head and last for 6 weeks (two hour sessions) and you get to take home your finished Art piece or performance video.
